Eligibility
You represent an operating car dealership or authorized salesperson with authority to advertise inventory. Fraudulent registrations may be suspended.
Listings & accuracy
- Listings must reflect vehicles you can show or deliver.
- Pricing and specifications should be honest; deceptive ads may be removed.
- Photos should be yours or licensed; copyright violations are your responsibility.
Accounts & subscriptions
Paid tiers (Growth, Pro, etc.), billing cycles, refunds, and feature limits will be defined at checkout when payments go live — currently shown as placeholders on marketing pages.
Conduct
No harassment, spam, scraping that degrades service, or attempts to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GariBazaar is not liable for indirect damages from use of the platform. Vehicles are sold by dealers — we are a discovery layer.
Changes
We may update these terms with notice appropriate to the severity of changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
