Eligibility
You represent an operating car dealership or authorized salesperson with authority to advertise inventory. Fraudulent registrations may be suspended.
Listings & accuracy
- Listings must reflect vehicles you can show or deliver.
- Pricing and specifications should be honest; deceptive ads may be removed.
- Photos should be yours or licensed; copyright violations are your responsibility.
Accounts & subscriptions
Paid plans may be offered later through in-app checkout. Until billing is connected, any plan names or prices you see in dealer registration are illustrative only: they do not create a charge, subscription, or enforce listing limits on the platform today.
Conduct
No harassment, spam, scraping that degrades service, or attempts to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GariBazaar is not liable for indirect damages from use of the platform. Vehicles are sold by dealers — we are a discovery layer.
Changes
We may update these terms with notice appropriate to the severity of changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
